Born and raised in Rockingham, NC, Rene has called Zebulon home for over 20 years, giving her a deep connection to the local community and surrounding areas.
Rene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from East Carolina University. After working in finance and benefits at Pitt Memorial Hospital for five years, Rene transitioned to education and earned her teaching certification in Business, Technology, and Marketing. For nearly 23 years, she has been inspiring students, including the last 13 years teaching Technology and Accounting at East Wake Academy in Zebulon.
Rene’s recent experience building her family’s dream home in Zebulon reignited her interest in real estate, motivating her to embark on a career helping others achieve their homeownership dreams.
